- Pump displacement control is rotary servo with pressure compensator overrides. Optional additional controls available as standard include spring-positioning, automatic brake control, electro-hydraulic, torque limiter override, servovalve with feedback and others.
- Compensator override for the pump is effective in both flow directions, may be vented or remotely pressure controlled together or individually. It typically eliminates the need completely for system reliefs because it has full-flow relieving capability. Compensator is fast, (.050 seconds on the series 6, 7, & 8), (.070 seconds on the series 11&14) and (.100 seconds on the series 24&30) and extremely stable.
- SAE conformance The mounting pads and shafts are all within full conformance of SAE standards. The two shaft options; SAE keyed and SAE splined.
- Shaft-through-rocker design allows convenient mounting and porting.
- Rocker displacement control shrinks package size, eliminates high force linkages and reduces noises.
- Barrel bearing reduces barrel face loads, reduces wear and extends temperature and speed range.
- Low speed operation of pump without cavitation-because drain oil makes up replenishment flow when needed. NOTE: Optional case pressure check valve must be used for low speed operations.
- Military Specifications These products are qualified to meet Military specifications MIL-P-17869A and MIL-S-901C Grade A (P8 , P30 pending).

- High Speed The porting design and number of pistons allow the Premier Series pump to fill at higher speed- up to 1850 rpm at atmospheric inlet pressure and 2500 rpm maximum with boost.
- Low Noise Level The heavily dampened rocker cam and 7 piston design produces a lower fundamental noise frequency and gives the Premier Series a lower decibel rating than competitive units.
- Full Power Through Drive The through shaft design allow two pumps to be run in tandem at full rated pressure and flow. SAE-A, B, BB, C, CC, D, E and ISO 100, 125, 160, 200 and 250 rear mounting and full torque capabilities on rear pump up to and including another unit of the same size operating at 6000psi (420 bar).
- Increased B10 Life The heavy shaft bearing allows side loading. Higher B10 life with all low viscosity fluids.Compensator Control A compensator control with maximum volume stop is standard. The two stage, pilot operated compensator provides sharp pressure cutoff at compensator setting, typically regulating pressure within 50 psi (3.5 bar). The compensator has a vent port for unloading when starting, stopping, multiple operating pressures and for load sensing.
- Optional controls Optional primary controls include: torque limiter, rotary servo, hydraulic stroker, electric stroker and load sensing. Primary control option: handwheel max. volume stop optional on pressure compensator and torque limiter controls. Adjustable maximum volume stop is on all controls.
- Easy Maintenance With a minimum number of parts the Premier Series is easy to repair in the field.

TMB Hydraulic Pumps/Motors Spring Vane
- Balanced Design - Vanes, cam ring and rotor are carefully pressure balanced to give extended useful life at fullest efficiency.
- Interchangeable Rotating Groups - Cam ring and rotor elements may be changed in minutes to renew the motor or to change its displacement to suit altered requirements for speed or torque.

The high mechanical efficiency typically 94% reduces energy consumption. The wide speed range (400 RPM to 2800 RPM) combined with large size cartridge displacements will optimize operation for the lowest noise level in the smallest envelope. The low speed (400 RPM), low pressure, high viscosity (9240 SUS) allows application in cold environments with minimum energy consumption and without risk seizure.
The low ripple pressure (+ 29 PSI) reduces piping noise and increases life time of other components in the circuit.The highest resistance to particle contamination because of the double lip vane, increases pump life. The large variety of options (cam displacement, shaft, porting) allows customized installation. The shaft option T (SAE J718c), allows direct drive (at 540 or 1000 RPM) on tractors. The double shaft seal (T6*P version) and drain hole allow direct mounting onto gear boxes.
